ある大雨の日、ブルーイはママが必死で止めるのもなんのその、土砂降りの中でダムづくりに夢中になってしまう。ママは結局プッツンするとどうにも止まらないブルーイを止めるのを諦めて、気が済むまで待つことにするが…というお話。
