For lo, I raise up
that bitter and hasty nation,
which march thro' the breadth of the earth,
to possess the dwelling places that are not theirs.

Yea, he scoffeth at the kings
and princes are derision unto him.
For he heapeth up dust and taken it
Then shall he sweep by as a wind and shall pass,

諸侯も彼らからは嘲笑される
彼らは土を積み上げて砦を奪ってしまうから

and be guilty even he
whose mighty is his god.
