activesupport/lib/active_support/current_attributes.rbの修正です。

ActiveSupport::CurrentAttributes.resetsに実行する処理のメソッド名を指定出来るよう修正しています。

class Current < ActiveSupport::CurrentAttributes
  resets { Time.zone = nil }
  resets :clear_time_zone
end
