Add an ActiveSupport option to allow setting a digest class

Active Support、railtiesの修正です。

config.active_support.use_sha1_digestsをdeprecateにしています。代わりに、hash digestに使用するclassを指定出来るconfig.active_support.hash_digest_classconfigを追加しています。デフォルトはDigest::SHA1になっています。

Remove unused require

activestorage/app/models/active_storage/variant.rbの修正です。

使用していないrequireを削除しています。

Move require active_support/core_ext/string/filters to

activejob/lib/active_job/log_subscriber.rb、 activejob/lib/active_job/logging.rbの修正です。

requireを実際にその機能を使用しているファイルで行うよう修正しています。

activesupport/lib/active_support/log_subscriber.rb、 activesupport/lib/active_support/subscriber.rbの修正です。

ActiveSupport::Subscriber#attach_toメソッドに、親クラス(subscriber)で指定したreceive eventsを引き継ぐかどうかを指定する為のinherit_all引数を追加しています。

activemodel/lib/active_model/naming.rbの修正です。

i18n関係のattribute(singular、i18n_key等)がreaderメソッドだけ定義されていたのを、writerメソッドも定義するよう修正しています。

STIを使っている場合に、それらの値をoverrideしたい事がある為、との事です。

Use master branch for listen and redis-namespace

Gemfileの修正です。

listenとredis-namespace gemについて、GitHubのmasterブランチのコードを使用するよう修正しています。Ruby 3.0でCIが実行されるようにする為。

rexml is no longer default gem in Ruby 3.0

Gemfile、activesupport/activesupport.gemspecの修正です。

rexmlをActive Supportのdependencyに追加しています。Ruby 3.0ではrexmlはdefault gemでは無くなってしまったので、dependencyに追加しないとrexmlに依存しているXmlMiniが動作しなくなってしまう為。
