Journal of the Chemical Society（略称：J. Chem. Soc.）は、1849年にイギリス化学会がQuarterly Journal of the Chemical Society（化学協会の季刊誌）として創刊した科学学術雑誌である。
本雑誌はその歴史を通して、改名・分割・合併を繰り返している。また、1980年に発行元の化学会を含む、いくつかの科学機関が王立化学会に統合された。王立化学会が出版を引き継ぎ、雑誌の歴史はChemical Communications, Dalton Transactions, Faraday Transactions, Perkin Transactionsへと引き継がれている。
