the most famous「一番有名」の反意語，「一番無名」は the worst famous でしょうか？
今回は劣等比較級と劣等最上級を解説します。
（１）劣等比較級
He is kinder than she is.
=She is not as kind as he is [not so kind as he is].
=She is less kind than he is.
ということで，kinder の反意語は less kind です。「less＋原級」であって「less＋比較級」ではないので，うっかり（×）less kinder とか（×）less poorer としないよう注意して下さい。
（２）劣等最上級
タイトルに挙げた問いですが，そもそも worst は bad の最上級であり，worst には「悪い」の意味が入ってしまっています。だから the worst famous や the worst beautiful はおかしいです。「ワースト10」のような言い方に釣られないで下さい。
では worst の代わりに何を使えば良いのか。もちろん，（１）劣等比較級が less だったのだから，less の最上級です。それは least です。
He is the least famous.「彼は最も無名だ」（He is the obscurest.）
He is the least happy.「彼は最も不幸だ」（He is the most unhappy.）
「ｎ番目に……」は，the second biggest，the second most populous のように序数詞を挟めば良いので，「２番目に……でない」は，the second least＋原級となります。
the second least populous，the second least populated で「２番目に人口が少ない」です。
