NVIDIAは、Rubin CPX なるものを発表しました。

Rubin CPX, built with the Rubin architecture, delivers breakthrough performance for the compute-intensive context phase of inference. It features 30 petaFLOPs of NVFP4 compute, 128 GB of GDDR7 memory, hardware support for video decoding and encoding, and 3x attention acceleration (compared to NVIDIA GB300 NVL72).

このXの投稿の GB202 の die shot と並べてみました。
GB202 と Rubin CPX は、非常によく似ています。
- 上 & 左右 : 512bit の GDDR7
- 下 : PCIe x16、Video Interface
- GPC : 16 (GB202 : 12)
- TCP : GPC x 10 = 160 (GB202 : GPC x 8 = 96)
- SM : TCP x 2 = 320 (GB202 : TCP x 2 = 192)
おわりに
Rubin CPX は、Desktop版のRubin の die (GR202) をベースにしているんじゃないと、妄想しています。
GR202 と別の die を作ってもあんまり美味しくないので、GR202 をうまく使う方向で。。。。
