はじめに

昨日の続きで、今日は、RTX 50 Series です。

下記の図は、NVIDIAのCES 2025の講演ビデオあるいはサイトから説明のために引用します。

RTX 50 Serires

下記に、RTX 40 Series と RTX 50 Series を並べてみました。

パッと見、同じっぽいのですが、RTX 50 Series では、左右に分かれています。

そして、下に、PCIe I/F だけでなく、NVLINKっぽいものがあります。

RTX 50 Series と B200/B100 の写真を並べてみました。

この NVLINK みたいなインターフェースは何に使われるのかな？と思っていたのですが、その解が昨日のDIGITS GB10です。

DIGITS GB10 振り返り

下図は、GB100 の die shot

左が Blackwell GPU で右が Grace CPU Die です。NVLINK-C2C で接続しているようです。

DIGITS GB20

この左側のBlackwell GPU die を RTX 5090 の GB202 die に置き換えれば、GPUの性能が 4倍になる AI PC が出来上がります。

これを、DIGITS GB20 として、$5,000 で売り出せば、$1,999 の RTX 5090 よりも儲かりそうです。

について、まとめてみました。

Data Center : GB200 (Grace CPU + Blackwell GPU)
Gaming : RTX 50 Series
AI PC : DIGITS GB10 (Grace CPU + Blackwell GPU)
