とあります。

RTX 4090 TITAN : 18432 cores, 48GB GDDR6X、AD102のFull Spec
NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada : 18,176 cores, 48 GB GDDR6X
なので、RTX 4090 TITAN が最強のようです。
おわりに
NVIDIA RTX 6000 Adaが150万円ぐらいなので、RTX 4090 TITANはもっとお高いのか？ RTX 4090 が 30万円前後なので、RTX 4090 Ti/TITAN はそのぐらいの値段になるのでしょうかね。
