現象
Webhookの設定をしようとすると、
「Validations failed. Webhook is blocked: Requests to the local network are not allowed」
とエラーになる
対処法
Admin area > Settings > Outbound requestsで、
「Allow requests to the local network from hooks and services 」にチェックを入れればOKです
