ダウンロードバーの表示を消すだけのシンプルな拡張機能（ダウンロードを使いやすくするChrome拡張機能）のDisable Download BarがChromeウェブストアから削除されてしまったので、同じような拡張を探していたのですが、なかなか見つかりません...。
その代わり、シンプルなダウンロードマネージャーを見つけたので、メモしておきます。
