SDxにxfopencvをインストールする

自動でやろうと思ったらダウンロードできなかったので手動でやった

1. cd to ~/.Xilinx/SDx/2017.4/
2. git clone https://github.com/Xilinx/xfopencv.git xfopencv
3. Launch SDx
4. Xilinx > SDx Libraries…
5. The dialog should check to see if the repository exists
