Azure Connect を使う場合は Azure SDK 1.4 をダウンロードし直して、再インストールすること

Windows Azure Platform Support: "Windows Azure SDK 1.4 refresh to fix issue with Windows Azure Connect endpoints failing to deploy"
不具合があったそうです。4/25 に 修正版の Azure SDK 1.4 がリリースされたようなので、既にインストールしている方は、アンインストール後に新しい SDK 1.4 をインストールすると良いそうです。
