離れ離れになった人との過去を思い出しながら、その別れを経験した状態で過去に戻ったら何を感じるのかを自分にも相手にも問うている。今はもう"粉々に"なり失われた自分たちの懐かしさに浸っているようにも思われる。
それらに耽っているうちに眠れないまま朝を迎え、相手への想いはますます強くなっている。哀しい愛情に包まれるひとときが歌われている。
