/etc/timezone ←ASCII文字列 （Asia/Tokyo とか）
/etc/localtime ←バイナリ （日本だと /usr/share/zoneinfo/Japan のコピー）
strace -F -e trace=open -o /tmp/hoge.log dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
でログを取って、"WR"でgrepかけて変更されたファイルを調べる
