そろそろお花見の時期になりました。
綺麗な桜を見ながら美味しいお酒を飲んで、友人や家族と楽しい時間を過ごせば、思い出話にも花が咲きますね！
今回は Halestorm (ヘイルストーム) の「Here’s to Us」を翻訳いたしました！
ヘイルストームは1997年に、姉弟で結成されたロック・バンド。
姉であるリジ―がボーカル兼ギターを担当、弟のエアジェイはドラム担当をしています。
バンドメンバーが揃うまでは、父親がベースを担当していた時代もあったとか！
「Here’s to Us」は 2012年の2nd アルバム「The Strange Case Of...」に収録されています。
バンド名の意味である「激しい雹(ヒョウ)」の名に劣らず、力強く人生を称賛してくれる印象の名曲です。
ドラマ「Glee」のシーズン3にてカバーされたことで、認知度が高まったという印象がありますね♪
