WWW::MobileCarrierJP のインストールでエラー

うちの環境で、WWW::MobileCarrierJP の 0.31 入れようとしたらテストでコケました。

どうやら、 ExtUtils::MakeMaker が古かった(6.17)のが原因のようです。新しい ExtUtils::Command::MM::test_harness のコードを見ると、

sub test_harness {
...
    # Because Windows doesn't do this for us and listing all the *.t files
    # out on the command line can blow over its exec limit.
    require ExtUtils::Command;
    my @argv = ExtUtils::Command::expand_wildcards(@ARGV);
...
}

が追加されてました。Windows向けのコードですが、*NIXにおいても適当に書いたワイルドカード指定を適切に扱ってくれる効果があるみたいです。

ついでに、 HTML::TableExtract にも依存するようになってたようなので、こいつもcpanで入れました。
