This album is the masterpiece of the 1970s by Carla Bley, a talented pianist, composer, and bandleader.
The arrangement, which freely manipulates the electric sound while not overpowering the acoustic band color, is wonderful.
When I first listen to the 4th song "Spangled Banner Minor And ..." I couldn't help but smile.
