model.fit(X, y) からの model.predict(X) ってナンセンスというか、学習に使ったのと同じデータに対して predict したら良い結果が出るのは当たり前じゃないの？という違和感があったが、ちゃんと train_test_split で training data と validation data に分けて使うんだよ、という説明が丁寧にしてあって理解が進んだ。
