AppCodeでビルドすると「Error:xcodebuild: error: Unable to find a destination matching the provided destination specifier: appcode」エラー

以下をやると直った。

Closing both Xcode and AppCode
Deleting both DerivedData folders. Xcode's: ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData AppCode's: ~/Library/Caches/appCode20/DerivedData
Unplugging the iPad 3
Deleting the app from the iPad 3
Restarting my computer
XCode5とXCode6を共存させていたが、XCode5を削除
アプリケーションフォルダ下のAppCodeを削除し、再インストール

無駄な手順入ってそう。。
