Ext.Loader is not enabled

The MVC Application Architecture | Learn | Senchaの例をそのまま実行するとExt.Loader is not enabledというエラーが出た。
これは以下のコードをapp.jsの先頭に書くと解消できる。

Ext.onReady(function () {
    Ext.Loader.setConfig({enabled:true});
});
