Anaconda で lifelines をインストールできない場合

Jupyter Notebook でポチポチ入力しながら読んでる続き。

13章で lifelines ライブラリを使ってる。
ソースのコメントで

# pip install lifelines

と書いてあって、実際ライブラリが見つからないエラーが出る。
